This role is responsible for business development, financial success, and managing staff within the local department, with mentorship and a focus on delivering high-quality design from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• BArch or M.Arch from NAAB-accredited program required.
• Architect license required; 15+ years of architectural design & leadership experience preferred.
• Proven project management and business development skills with a track record of securing projects/clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale architectural projects ranging from $10M-$50M with high quality design and execution.
• Provide expert guidance in architectural design, graphic modeling, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative solutions.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
