Job summary
Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a senior Architectural Designer III who independently delivers a broad range of architectural assignments for medium to large projects. The role provides technical leadership, coordinates with project teams, and develops design solutions with strong quality control and client-facing presentation work.

Qualifications
- NAAB-accredited architecture degree required.
- 10+ years of related architecture experience.
- 2+ years leading projects of medium to large size.
Responsibilities
- Participate in concept design and provide full support through the project lifecycle.
- Apply advanced architectural concepts and design methods to develop quality solutions.
- Produce architectural drawings, construction documentation, and visualizations meeting client goals.
- Lead technical viewpoints and coordinate with leadership on solutions.
- Develop architectural specifications aligned with documents and requirements.
- Conduct code research to inform design decisions.
- Perform quality control reviews across design phases.
- Develop client presentation material and meeting documentation.
- Present technical and design solutions to clients.
- Provide guidance to less experienced staff and support BIM leadership when needed.
