Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson seeks an Architectural Leader to guide and grow our Philadelphia office, blending design excellence with entrepreneurial drive. The role oversees complex projects and builds lasting client relationships within a multi-disciplinary practice.

You will mentor staff, lead business development, and champion innovative design solutions while ensuring quality, schedule, and regulatory compliance across all engagements.

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) and professional license.
• 15+ years of architectural design & leadership experience.
• Experience managing large-scale projects ($10M–$50M).
• Strong client relationships and business development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale architectural projects ranging from $10M-$50M, ensuring high-quality design and successful project execution.
• Provide expert guidance in architectural design, graphic modeling, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative solutions into each project.
• Grow our presence in the Philadelphia region by identifying opportunities and building client relationships.
• Inspire and mentor a talented team of architects, guiding design excellence and project delivery.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the office and across the practice.
