Job summary

RK&K is seeking a seasoned architectural historian in Texas to serve as Principal Investigator on landmark projects. The role involves directing historic surveys, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with Section 106 and NEPA requirements while collaborating with engineers, archaeologists, and environmental planners across the firm.

The successful candidate will lead QA/QC reviews, contribute to client development, and travel as needed to support Texas projects.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Architectural History, History, Historic Preservation or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead historic architectural surveys, context studies, and related services across Texas.
