Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of architectural experience with project leadership.
• Licensed architect with strong BIM and QA/QC expertise.

Responsibilities

• Leads consultants and technical teams to deliver design documents.
• Develops and manages production schedules with PIC/PM.
• Coordinates implementation documents and QA/QC compliance.
• Leads code analyses and ensures zoning requirements are met.
• Coordinates design group interactions with clients, agencies and contractors.
• Presents design concepts and drawings to stakeholders.
• Travels to site visits and project meetings as needed.
