Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent licensure criteria.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Registered Architect or pursuing licensure.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project team, consultants, contractors, and Owners to manage projects.
• Develop design documentation through sketches, models, diagrams, and massing studies.
• Utilize BIM technologies for 3D models and coordination.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; respond to RFIs and site observations.
• Assist in design development and coordination across disciplines.
