Stantec is a global design and engineering firm that creates sustainable, future‑ready environments. Our Orlando studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to translate client needs into cohesive interior solutions, collaborating with architecture and design teams on diverse projects.

The successful candidate will lead complex design efforts, deliver high‑quality documents, and contribute to client presentations while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Interior Design or related field and Licensed Interior Designer required.
• Interior Design license preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and/or complex projects for clients.
• Inspire creativity, critical thought, and design excellence.
• Collaborate with firm leaders to leverage outcomes across Education, Application, Visibility/Recognition and Recruiting.
• Support business development activities, including marketing proposals and interviews.
• Mentor design staff and guide careers within the team.
• Foster collaboration between offices and promote design vision.
• Ensure design quality and manage budgets and schedules.
