Qualifications

B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an NAAB accredited Architecture program.
10+ years of related architecture experience and 2+ years executing projects of medium to large size.
Proficient with CAD/graphic software such as Revit, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Understanding of basic codes and sustainability requirements.
Understanding of Building Programming.
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Responsibilities

Participate in concept design and provide full support through the project.
Develop architectural drawings, construction documentation, and visualizations meeting client goals and standards.
Coordinate with designers, consultants, and staff on technical solutions and product strategies.
Develop and present client-facing materials and documentation.
Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff.
Travel to project sites as needed.
