Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture with 4 years of industry experience or equivalent
- AIA licensed or pursuing certification required
- Design experience across all design/construction phases with focus on architectural elements
- Structured and clear writing and thinking for specialized solutions
- Knowledge of architectural products, costs, and US building codes
- Experience with design analysis software and BIM tools
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Perform technical reviews to assess constructability and sequencing and provide architectural analysis
- Review designs for program intent, obligations, and deliverables
- Assess documents for compliance with codes and standards
- Conduct ADA and barrier-free reviews of design documents
- Propose design optimization solutions with the team
- Guide non-conformances and operational issues and support project development
