Job summary

Tonab Architecture, PLLC in New York City seeks an Intermediate Architectural Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our Manhattan office. The role focuses on Construction Documents executed in REVIT, with collaboration across teams to maintain accuracy and schedules.

The ideal candidate has a 5-year BArch or MArch, at least 2 years of professional experience, strong skills in REVIT and BIM 360, AutoCAD, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. LEED a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-year BArch or MArch degree.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Experience with construction drawings sets, detailing, and coordination of materials and assemblies.
• Proficient in REVIT and BIM 360.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Bluebeam a plus.
• LEED Accreditation a plus.
