• Understand work plan/budget for projects and meet expectations for hours and deliverables.

As a Senior Project Designer at Ware Malcomb, you will create innovative conceptual and schematic designs for architectural projects. Responsibilities

• Coordinate Interior Design team for spec buildings to provide cohesive design.
• Understand work plan/budget for projects and meet expectations for hours and deliverables.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial architecture design is preferred.
• Licensed Architect is preferred.
• Basic computer, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Adobe Suite and SketchUp experience is essential.
• Revit and AutoCAD experience is preferred.
• Ability to create complete design presentation packages is essential.
• Knowledge of key parameters of various product types for both site design and building design is essential.
