Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Architect or Senior Architectural Designer to join our Aspen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a custom residential setting, is fluent in Revit, and brings strong structural awareness to design delivery.

You will lead design development for complex luxury homes, coordinate with engineers and builders, and ensure buildable, design-driven outcomes. Local market expertise is valued.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and construction document delivery.
• Strong understanding of structural systems and coordination.
• Experience delivering detailed construction documents for custom homes.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines with engineers and builders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
• Develop and maintain high-quality Revit models and drawing sets.
• Coordinate architectural intent with structural, civil, and MEP consultants.
• Apply structural understanding to inform layout, spans, systems, and constructability.
• Collaborate with builders to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
• Participate in client presentations and design discussions.
• Maintain technical accuracy and attention to detail.
