Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing high-end residential/hospitality projects.
• Minimum of 3 completed luxury residential projects over 6000 SF.
• Able to mentor junior staff and perform both Project Manager and Architect duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of multiple architecture projects.
• Supervise projects from pre-design through construction observation.
• Oversee project phases including technical, business, design, and administration.
