Job summary

Archinect is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate design and construction phases in Aspen, CO. You will collaborate with Architects, Directors, and Partners to translate design direction into coordinated documentation and maintain project schedules.

Responsibilities include production involvement, quality control, client communication, RFIs, submittals, site visits, and mentoring junior staff while supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Architectural licensure is not required; licensure pursued preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; 3D visualization skills preferred (Enscape, Lumion, SketchUp).
• Working knowledge of building systems, construction detailing, codes, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across multiple phases, from schematic design through construction administration.
• Work with Lead Architects, Directors, and Partners to implement design intent and align with project goals.
• Support project schedules, consultant coordination, and internal team workflow.
• Contribute directly to project production including drafting, modeling, detailing, redlines, and drawing set assembly.
• Assist with development, organization, and quality control of construction documents.
• Participate in meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Support construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and coordination with the construction team.
• Monitor progress relative to scope, budget, and timeline; communicate issues to studio leadership.
• Support and mentor junior staff while contributing to firm standards and quality control.
• Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship management as needed.
