Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Bozeman studio and lead the design and delivery of high-end residential, resort, ranch, and lifestyle projects throughout Montana and the Mountain West.

This hands-on role blends creative design with technical execution, taking projects from early concept through documentation, coordination, and construction administration while collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with active license.
• 5+ years of post-licensure experience in residential/hospitality architecture.
• Strong design sensibility and technical detailing.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to mentor junior staff in a collaborative studio.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Develop design solutions responsive to site, landscape, client goals, and budget.
• Produce construction documentation and coordinates with consultants.
• Coordinate structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and interior design teams.
• Work with contractors to address constructability and field conditions.
• Present to clients and participate in design decisions.
• Maintain schedules and design quality throughout delivery.
• Support submittals, RFIs, and site coordination during construction.
• Mentor architectural staff throughout design and documentation.
