Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of ultra-high-end luxury custom homes and multimillion-dollar residential estates in Aspen, CO and Roaring Fork Valley.

Qualifications

Experience in project management within luxury custom homebuilding or high-end residential construction.
Experience overseeing multimillion-dollar custom homes.
Some knowledge of electrical construction, systems, or subcontractor coordination.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Manage ultra-luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall construction operations.
Coordinate with architects, designers, homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors.
Manage project costs, construction progress, quality, and profitability.
Oversee coordination of electrical systems, installations, and electrical subcontractors.
Ensure exceptional standards of quality, craftsmanship, and project delivery.
