Northworks Architects & Planners seeks a Project Manager for on-site Aspen, CO. You will coordinate design-to-construction activities, manage schedules and consultants, and help translate design concepts into coordinated drawings and documents.

You’ll lead project production, support QA/QC, and assist with client communications, site visits, and coordination meetings while mentoring junior staff and contributing to firm standards.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensure not required; candidates actively pursuing licensure are preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; 3D visualization and rendering experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects across multiple phases from schematic design through construction administration.
• Work with Lead Architects, Directors, and Partners to implement design intent and goals.
• Support project schedules, consultant coordination, and internal workflow.
• Contribute to project production including drafting, modeling, detailing, and drawing set assembly.
• Assist with development, organization, and QC of construction documents.
• Participate in coordination meetings and communicate with clients and consultants.
• Contribute to construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, and site visits.
• Monitor progress relative to scope, budget, and timeline; report issues to leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm documentation and detailing standards.
• Assist with business development, client relationships, and proposal support.
