Jobot is seeking a Structural Engineer to design the structural systems for ultra high-end luxury residential homes in the Mountain West. You will work closely with architects and project teams to craft elegant, buildable solutions that align with architectural intent and challenging terrains.

Qualifications

• Experience designing for luxury residential projects.
• Strong understanding of gravity and lateral load design.
• Experience collaborating with architects and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Design structural systems for custom luxury homes.
• Develop calculations, framing concepts, and construction docs.
• Coordinate with architects to preserve design intent.
• Engineer steel, timber, concrete, and hybrid systems.
• Assist hillside foundation strategies and lateral design.
• Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs during construction.
• Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and consultants.
• Participate in design meetings and project reviews.
• Support permitting and code compliance.
