You will guide teams of architects, designers and engineers through SD, DD, CD and CA phases, coordinating with clients and consultants to meet schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• BA/NAAB-accredited architecture program required.
• Licensed architect in state of practice.
• 6+ years in architectural design and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership on complex projects.
• Lead development of contract documents through SD, DD, CD, CA.
• Coordinate design reviews with clients, PMs and municipal agencies.
• Manage teams of architects, designers and engineers through project lifecycle.
