Job summary

AECOM seeks a Senior Project Architect to guide and manage projects in all design phases for Detroit, Grand Rapids, MI and Minneapolis, MN offices. You will lead architectural teams, interface with clients, and drive design quality and project delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination with engineers and clients, and a proactive approach to design solutions across diverse typologies. Hybrid work is available with focus on collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree required.
• Licensed Architect in practice state preferred or evident equivalency.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of contract documents through SD, DD, CD, CA.
• Provide architectural leadership on complex projects.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and specs.
• Coordinate design reviews with clients, PMs and agencies.
• Stay current with BIM and visualization software.
