Qualifications

• Licensed architect in good standing with applicable state or federal licensing body.
• Minimum 6 years of combined design and construction experience, preferably in medical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction contract documents, budgeting, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management support from pre-design through construction.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and design reviews to ensure code compliance and quality control.
• Monitor project budgets, change orders, and financial data; maintain records and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in progress meetings and coordination with VA, contractors, and facility staff.
