Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration. You will ensure designs meet client objectives, codes, and quality standards while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a professional architecture degree, 5+ years of experience, licensure or progress toward licensure, and expert command of Revit/BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (BArch, MArch) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Architect preferred or progress toward licensure within a defined timeline.
• Experience with Revit and BIM workflows including model coordination and clash detection.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through schematic design to construction administration.
• Produce and review high-quality construction documents and specs.
• Coordinate MEP, structural and specialty consultants for seamless delivery.
• Develop BIM standards and federated Revit models; perform clash detection.
• Serve as client contact for design decisions and progress updates; manage expectations.
• Oversee schedules, budgets and consultant scopes; track deliverables.
• Provide construction administration support including site observation and RFIs.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to QA/QC processes.
