Job summary

Salas O’Brien, Inc. is seeking an Architect at the mid level to collaborate with Senior Architects on building designs using Revit and other BIM tools.

You will coordinate with multiple in-house disciplines to deliver integrated project documents and ensure client design goals are met. The role requires a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Architecture and a minimum of five years of experience, with strong knowledge of building codes and ADA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or BS Arch).
• Minimum 5 years of professional architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and ADA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Architects to develop building designs using Revit.
• Coordinate with in-house disciplines to integrate project drawings.
• Prepare design presentations for clients and internal reviews.
• Ensure designs meet applicable codes and ADA requirements.
• Contribute to project documentation from schematic design through construction.
• Support project budgets and schedules to meet targets.
