Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced Architect to lead design development and BIM-based documentation for varied projects in the United States. The role requires independent work on client briefs, tight coordination with consultants, and ensuring code compliance throughout the design process.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of relevant experience, RA licensure, and proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp. Travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 5 to 7 years of similar experience.
• Registered Architect licensure required for consideration.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development and production of architectural documents.
• Utilize BIM for development of project models and construction documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Review drawings and submittals, respond to RFIs, and prepare site reports.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in project meetings.
