Job summary

Stantec in Denver is seeking a Project Architect to collaborate with a Project Manager or Project Architect across multiple design and construction projects. You will support design development, prepare documentation, and coordinate with consultants and owners throughout various design phases.

Responsibilities include BIM modeling, reviewing drawings, and participating in value engineering while applying sustainable design principles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Registered Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Supports project teams in development of design documentation.
• Assists in the development of a design through sketches and models.
• Utilizes BIM technologies in development of three-dimensional models.
• Coordinates building systems to ensure compatibility with design intent.
• Reviews shop drawings and submittals; responds to RFIs; prepares site observation reports.
