The NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development is seeking an Architect II to manage complex construction projects. The Department of Social Services (DSS) comprises the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) and the Department of Homeless Services (DHS). HRA aims to fight poverty by providing benefits such as Food Assistance and Emergency Rental Assistance. DHS focuses on preventing and addressing homelessness, helping families and individuals exit shelters and regain self-sufficiency.
HRA's General Support Services (GSS) provides facilities for social programs, including planning, design, renovation, maintenance, safety, lease management, and emergency preparedness.
