Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate resources and manage schedules
• Work within budget and timeline constraints
• Manage client expectations and oversee design and contract documents from schematic to construction phases
• Develop scope and technical specifications
• Coordinate plans, budgets, and consultants
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks
• Complete sets of drawings to 100%
• Perform QA/QC
• Handle additional architectural administrative work as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture
• 15+ years of experience in architecture and/or interior design
• Subject matter expertise (e.g., QA/QC, sustainability, constructability)
• Registered Architect
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit, and AutoCAD
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Extensive knowledge of building codes
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from sites
