• Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing solutions using DELMIA Apriso
• Good functional knowledge of MOM principles and ISA 95 Standards
• Knowledge of functional modules such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Time & Labor modules of DELMIA Apriso 2016 and subsequent versions
• Knowledge of preconfigured solutions provided by DELMIA Apriso and their usage
• Experience configuring solutions using DELMIA Apriso desktop client and process builder
• Knowledge of new features introduced in DELMIA Apriso 2020 and later versions
• Experience implementing end-to-end solutions using DELMIA Apriso
• Experience integrating MES solutions with ERP, PLM, SCADA, shopfloor machines, and serial devices
• Experience in medical device manufacturing processes is an added advantage
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and FDA regulations
• Understanding of SDLC processes (Waterfall and Agile)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions
• Technical expertise in working with DELMIA Apriso 2020
• Experience developing UI and business logic in process builder using Apriso's business controls and components
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Experience building integrations using Apriso Business Integrator
• Knowledge of Global Process Manager and Apriso Archiving
• Understanding of Apriso database models for core modules like Production and Quality
