Responsibilities

• Assist project teams from design through construction administration.
• Develop and manage architectural designs and drawings.
• Coordinate architecture and engineering disciplines to realize design concepts.
• Contribute as a designer when needed.
• Engage in client interactions and teamwork across disciplines.
• Manage client relations, meetings, and team collaboration.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop standards and guidelines for architectural activities.
• Attend trade shows to enhance exposure and generate leads.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD; Revit experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, location, and certifications. This range does not include additional benefits.
