ERM is seeking a Managing Technical Consultant, Archaeologist to lead multidisciplinary cultural resource projects across the United States. You will guide teams, manage client relationships, and drive growth in the cultural resources market.

In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee regulatory compliance, prepare technical reports, and mentor archaeologists while coordinating with ERM’s global practice. A senior professional with consulting experience is ideal.

Competenze

• Graduate degree in Anthropology or Archaeology plus 8+ years of related paid experience.
• Ability to obtain archaeological and cultural resource permits.
• Experience as primary author on agency-reviewed technical reports.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee archaeological studies and cultural resource projects from planning through completion.
• Provide technical consulting to grow ERM’s archaeology and cultural heritage business.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary team across the country.
