Job summary

Esri's Professional Services team in Redlands, CA seeks a senior consultant to translate electric and gas utility challenges into scalable GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise, Utility Network, and related tools. You will collaborate with clients to define enterprise geospatial strategies and multi-year roadmaps.

The role emphasizes delivering customer-focused outcomes, leading projects, and guiding stakeholders while expanding GIS adoption across utilities.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience applying ArcGIS Enterprise in production environments.
5+ years experience in the electric and gas utility industry.
Demonstrated expertise with ArcGIS Utility Network concepts and implementations.
Experience configuring Esri products including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Utility Network, ArcGIS Field Maps, and ArcGIS Solutions.
Ability to connect utility workflows to ArcGIS solutions (asset management, field operations, data management).
Strong client-facing experience and ability to deliver effective solutions.
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

Help clients translate utility challenges into GIS solutions with ArcGIS.
Collaborate with clients to prepare enterprise geospatial strategies and roadmaps.
Collect and present client requirements to develop ArcGIS Enterprise solutions.
Analyze and interpret problems to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions.
Advise on GIS strategies and product selection focusing on ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Network.
Lead project management activities including planning, execution, and delivery.
Create and manage scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables with QA and risk management.
Track project performance and communicate status with stakeholders.
Support business development with Esri marketing and sales teams.
Manage client relationships and focus on customer success.
