Job summary

ESRI is seeking a Senior System Engineer to lead the design and delivery of ArcGIS solutions supporting Defense and Intelligence operations. The successful candidate will have over 12 years of experience and a strong background in system engineering and ArcGIS technology. Responsibilities include deploying complex systems, guiding customers on strategies, and ensuring performance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Broad experience in system administration and enterprise IT systems.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure ArcGIS in various environments.
• Plan and execute migration of ArcGIS content.
• Troubleshoot advanced ArcGIS deployments.
• Collaborate with customers to align technical objectives with Esri's technology.

Skills

System administration experience on Windows and/or Linux

Experience with scripting/programming languages

Knowledge of network concepts

Experience with RDBMS

Citizenship with Top Secret Security Clearance

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or STEM related field
