Job summary
Esri's Professional Services team is seeking engineers to design, deploy, and optimize mission-critical geospatial systems supporting national security operations. You will implement and modernize enterprise ArcGIS environments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability for high-impact operational systems.
You will be a trusted technical partner, guiding architecture decisions and enabling customers to fully leverage location
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities.
- Experience designing, implementing and/or administrating enterprise ArcGIS or other comparable IT systems.
- Broad system administration experience on Windows and/or Linux.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) or programming languages (JavaScript, C#).
- U.S. citizenship with Active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Mathematics, GIS, or STEM field.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure ArcGIS across diverse environments to meet SLAs.
- Plan and migrate content between ArcGIS deployments with different architectures.
- Troubleshoot advanced ArcGIS deployments covering storage, networking, security.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to design and certify GIS workflows.
- Coordinate with Esri teams to align technical objectives with business goals.
