Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Senior Experience Expert to enhance in-store learning and engagement with AR/VR products at the Galleria in Houston. You will lead hands-on demos, educate customers, and drive extraordinary customer experiences while training new team members in collaboration with the Retail Manager.

The role requires a tech-savvy leader with strong communication skills, flexible weekend availability, and a passion for cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Experience presenting, public speaking, and storytelling.
• Familiar with AR/VR technology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and guide their experience.
• Lead and manage large in-store events.
• Train new hires in collaboration with the Retail Manager.
• Maintain interactive customer displays and assist with opening/closing.
• Escalate customer issues to management when needed.
