Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Senior Experience Expert to enhance in-store learning and engagement with AR/VR products at the Galleria in Houston. You will lead hands-on demos, educate customers, and drive extraordinary customer experiences while training new team members in collaboration with the Retail Manager.

We’re growing! Join our Meta Store Retail team at the Galleria as we bring Smart Wearables and Meta Quest mixed reality experiences to life! As a Senior Experience Expert, you are focused on creating the best in-store customer experience through immersive, hands‑on demos of AR & VR products and educating customers. You will be the lead person on all large‑scale events. You will train new hires in collaboration with the Retail Manager. Our ideal candidate is a tech‑savvy leader with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, natural problem‑solving abilities, and must have completely open and flexible availability.

Minimum Pay

What You'll Do

• Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features & benefits of our client’s products, including accessories
• Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them.
• Serve as a customer escalation point for the team on the sales floor when management isn’t present
• Lead & execute large events within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with the attendees
• Perform day‑to‑day operations, including but not limited to; opening & closing procedures & maintain interactive customer displays
• Achieve all goals & key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
• Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer‑facing experience in premium retail
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
• Familiar with AR/VR technology

Skills and Attributes:

• Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal & on camera
• Ability to leverage advanced customer service & industry‑related experience to train team members
• Must be results and detail‑oriented
• Must be extremely tech‑savvy and passionate about technology
• Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
• High level of initiative and self‑motivation with a continued drive to learn
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
• Able to work well both in a team environment
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
• Flexible availability; available to work weekends
