Job summary

Alia Services is hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable Representative to own complex customer accounts, drive collections, and serve as a resource for the AR team. This fully remote role requires strong AR experience and excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

You will manage aged receivables, escalate issues as needed, and help improve AR processes while supporting cross-functional stakeholders and delivering accurate reporting with Tableau or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections.
• Strong experience managing customer accounts and past-due receivables.
• Experience communicating directly with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on past-due invoices via phone and email.
• Lead conversations regarding outstanding balances and payment resolution.
• Maintain account aging and KPIs and productivity expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Executives, Customer Service, and Finance.
• Provide high-touch support for complex or escalated accounts.
