Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, collections, credit, or related accounting experience.
• Experience managing high-volume or high-value customer accounts.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, invoicing, collections, and credit management.
• Experience with customer vendor portals or electronic billing systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and oversee accounts receivable transactions per internal controls and company policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure accurate invoicing and timely resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Manage complex/high-value customer accounts, including national and strategic relationships.
• Monitor aging and support collection efforts to improve cash flow and reduce balances.
• Generate and analyze aging reports and collections metrics to identify trends and risks.
