Job summary

Etherio is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to own billing and collections across the organization. In this role you will manage a portfolio of about 300 customer accounts, issue invoices, monitor aging, and coordinate with operations to resolve open items.

You will ensure accurate customer records, perform cash applications and reconciliations, provide aging reports to Finance, and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience.
• Strong understanding of AR lifecycle: invoicing, collections, cash application, reconciliations.
• Experience managing a large portfolio and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day AR activities across a portfolio of ~300 accounts.
• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices per contract terms and billing schedules.
• Monitor AR aging, identify overdue balances, and initiate follow-up.
• Collaborate with operations to drive timely collections and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide clear aging reports and risk insights to Finance leadership.
