Job summary

Saviynt is seeking a driven Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to own global collections, lead customer escalations, and drive accuracy in cash inflow forecasting. The role requires hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Treasury, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in AR, experience with NetSuite, and strong Excel/reporting skills. You will manage the AR inbox, support month-end cash applications, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years AR experience, including global collections.
• Hands-on with NetSuite, Dunning tools, and forecasting.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, trend analysis, variance explanations.
• Able to manage escalations and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end collections across global entities, targeting <10% past-due AR.
• Act as escalation point for high-value or sensitive customer accounts; resolve disputes or delays.
• Assign collections tasks in NetSuite and oversee follow-up status.
• Partner with Legal or Contracts for escalated or at-risk receivables.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to support timely collections.
• Drive the 13-week rolling cash inflow forecast with Treasury.
• Provide AR and collections commentary during weekly Finance leadership check-ins.
• Oversee AR inbox workflow and ensure replies within 2 business days.
• Support daily and month-end cash application reviews and unapplied cash reports.
• Monitor Dunning module and AR Aging for accuracy in credit memos.
• Lead creation of credit memos and coordinate approvals.
• Identify improvements in AR processes, reporting accuracy, and system workflows.
