Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an AR Specialist IV to manage a high-volume portfolio, resolve past due balances, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role reports to the Sr. Manager, Accounts Receivable and focuses on reducing delinquencies while maintaining client relationships.

Qualified candidates will have 4–6 years AR experience, a related degree, and advanced Excel capabilities; strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Accounts Receivable related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze statements and aging reports; contact customers for payment while retaining relationships.
• Respond to requests and resolve collection issues with accurate balance documentation.
• Investigate disputes and implement resolution actions with interdepartmental teams.
• Reconcile billing and cash applications; review delinquent accounts and past due amounts.
• Lead meetings with customers to review past due accounts and actions taken.
