Job summary

RealPage is seeking an AR Specialist IV, Enterprise to manage a portfolio of large volume accounts. You will work across departments to resolve disputes, reconcile discrepancies and reduce past due balances while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires initiative, sound judgement, and a focus on accurate cash application and billing resolutions, with opportunities to train newer AR specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• 3+ years at RealPage preferred.
• Understanding of Accounting principles.
• Advanced to Expert Excel skills with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze customer statements and aging reports for client review and research delinquent accounts.
• Respond to customer requests to resolve collection issues with documentation of balances.
• Manage customer questions and disputes and determine best resolution path.
• Perform heavy reconciliation to address billing and cash application issues at various levels.
• Organize meetings with customers to review delinquent accounts and past due balances.
