Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage AR activities and reduce past-due balances.
• Run AR aging and past-due reports.
• Contact customers regarding payment status and collections.
• Partner with sales to resolve payment issues.
• Record clear customer payments in the system and code expenses properly.
• Provide light accounting/finance support as needed.
• Monitor receipts and expense submissions and ensure proper GL coding.
