Job summary

Permobil is seeking an Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist to manage past due accounts, negotiate payment plans, and resolve discrepancies with customers and internal teams.

The role supports month-end close, AR processes, and credit approvals. Strong collaboration across Shared Services and multinational environments is expected, with expertise in Microsoft Office and a preference for Dynamics D365/AX experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Accounts Receivable/Accounting experience
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or AX is a plus
• Experience in a shared services center or multinational environment is desirable
• Ability to understand accounting processes and advise on accounting treatment

Responsibilities

• Contact past due customers for payment plans and negotiate when needed
• Prepare reports and communications to management on collection issues
• Adhere to department metrics, policies, procedures and internal controls
• Ensure documentation is filed for auditing purposes
• Review and approve credit applications
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
• Support audit requests and special projects
