Job summary

HHS Home Office is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a high-volume AR team across multiple profit centers in a hybrid role based in Dripping Springs, TX. This hands-on position requires process improvement and close collaboration with finance and operations.

You will supervise ~10 staff, ensure accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, and timely collections while supporting cash flow reporting and internal controls. A BA in Accounting and 3–5 years AR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 3–5 years progressive accounts receivable experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring AR staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR operations across multiple profit centers and ensure timely invoicing.
• Lead and mentor AR staff, providing training and guidance.
• Support month-end close, aging reports, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Develop and apply AR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with billing, operations, and finance to resolve receivables issues.
