Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash receipts posting and month-end close related to AR.
• Maintain accurate AR records and control reports.
• Monitor expenditures and identify variances requiring action.
• Explain work procedures to subordinates and support training.
• Develop and implement AR collections policies and procedures.
• Recommend improvements for daily cash application processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audit schedules as needed.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring and training AR staff.
