Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor for a hybrid role in the Houston area. The candidate will oversee daily and month-end closings related to cash receipts, maintain records, monitor expenditures, and develop AR policies.

Responsibilities include audits, training staff, and delegating tasks to ensure accurate cash application and timely payments. The role requires 5–7 years of related experience and a preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily/month end closing processes related to cash receipts.
• Maintain accurate records and control reports.
• Monitor expenditures and implement corrective steps by identifying significant variances.
• Communicate and explain work procedures to subordinates.
• Define, develop and implement collections and accounts receivable policies and procedures.
• Make recommendations for improvements for daily cash application.
• Delegate, review, prepare or assist with internal and external audit schedules as assigned.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
