Job summary

Korn Ferry, in partnership with our client, seeks a Manager, Accounting Receivables Analytics in Atlanta. You will optimize cash conversion by managing unbilled revenue, billing, and collections, working across Operations, Sales, Billing, Finance, and Risk to strengthen the order-to-cash process.

You will lead KPI development, performance reviews, and initiatives to reduce DSO, improve invoicing accuracy, and provide actionable insights to leadership. A strong finance/AR background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related financial functions.
• Experience with milestone- and project-based billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to reduce AR and Unbilled Revenue aging and improve cash conversion.
• Monitor billing readiness and ensure milestones are invoiced accurately and timely.
• Identify root causes affecting billing and collections and implement corrective actions.
• Lead reviews of aged receivables, unbilled revenue, collections, and customer payment performance.
• Develop and monitor KPI dashboards and management reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve billing accuracy and cash flow.
• Drive process improvements and automation in order-to-cash processes.
