Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a seniorAccounts Receivable leader to drive AR, credit, and collections across business units. You will lead efforts to improve cash flow, optimize DSO, and implement automation within a shared services framework.

The role requires a strong background in ERP systems, analytics, and team leadership. This position emphasizes process improvement, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance to support profitable growth and effective risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years in Credit, Collections, and AR within a high-volume environment.
• Proven AR transformation experience: process improvement, automation, systems optimization.
• Experience in a shared services environment with stakeholder influence.
• Track record of improving cash flow and reducing past-due receivables.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and collections strategies.
• Advanced ERP experience; SAP preferred.
• Proficiency in AR reporting, analytics, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts receivable, credit, collections, dispute resolution for assigned units.
• Drive cash flow improvements, DSO reduction, and liquidity objectives.
• Establish and enforce credit policies; liaison for audits and governance.
• Optimize AR processes, reporting, and workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve receivable issues.
• Provide leadership to AR and Collections teams with clear KPIs.
• Lead AR-related system implementations and process improvements.
