Job summary

Electrolux Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to own the end-to-end receivable lifecycle for a portfolio of complex, high-exposure client accounts. This role guides the GSSC team, sets priorities, and ensures accurate cash application while driving root-cause resolution.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize DSO, reduce bad debt, and present portfolio performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounts receivable, collections, or credit experience.; direct ownership of complex customer accounts.
• Experience resolving customer deductions and disputes end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AR lifecycle for a portfolio of large, complex customers with full accountability for DSO and exposure.
• Drive collection strategy using HighRadius; handle escalated, aged, and high-risk balances.
• Review orders on credit hold by daily cutoff; exercise independent judgment within elevated authority.
• Deduction resolution end to end: research, validation, root-cause, clearance or recovery.
