The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst owns the end-to-end receivable lifecycle for a portfolio of the company's most complex and highest-exposure customer accounts - from invoice through collection, deduction resolution, and final cash application. Day-to-day transactional execution and cash application are performed by the Global Shared Service Center (GSSC); this role directs that work, sets priorities, resolves what the GSSC cannot, and remains accountable for the outcome. This is not a transaction-processing role - though it does require a hands-on professional who stays flexible and steps into the detail whenever the business needs it. The Senior Analyst is the owner of the process and the single point of accountability for their portfolio - driving root-cause resolution, influencing Sales and Commercial Finance to prevent recurring disputes, and presenting portfolio performance to his/her manager and, as needed, to leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 3-5+ years of progressive accounts receivable, collections, or credit experience, including direct ownership of complex customer accounts. Demonstrated experience resolving customer deductions and disputes end to end. Expert Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, pivot tables) and strong PowerPoint skills; comfortable building an analysis and presenting it to leadership.
Experience operating in a hybrid local / Global Shared Service model. SAP and HighRadius (or comparable collections platform) experience. Experience with large retail or national account customers and their deduction practices. Strong negotiation and influencing skills with both customers and internal business partners. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and hold a deadline in a fast-moving environment. Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
You will be located at out NA headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
